Who we are

A construction company built around the factory floor

EcoFrame is an entrepreneurial company that finds and manages projects, and we are always happy to create new partnerships. We bring panelized and off-site construction to homes, moving the most repeatable work off the job site and into a controlled setting, so homes go up with less waiting on weather and fewer surprises.

We work with homeowners who want a custom layout, builders who want a faster framing package, and investors who want to put capital into well-run residential projects.

Boots on the ground. Our founders believe in being there. No project moves to the next stage until they have visited the site, spoken with local professionals and completed due diligence, and only then do we make a decision to proceed. We stand for full transparency with all of our stakeholders.

Co-Founder & CEO

David Nachum

David Nachum is Co-Founder and CEO of EcoFrame. A CPA and attorney by training, he brings more than a decade of experience guiding transactions, mergers and acquisitions, complex advisory work and complex multi-party processes.

As CEO, he holds ultimate responsibility for EcoFrame’s P&L and strategic roadmap. He leads the expansion into new manufacturing facilities and new U.S. states, negotiates with strategic partners and manages capital allocation.

His expertise extends to project finance: he builds the financial models behind each project and structures capital with investors, banks and other financing partners, so that every deal rests on numbers that hold up.

He has a passion for real estate and for innovative entrepreneurship. Together with strategic partners, he leads EcoFrame in launching projects, growing quickly and expanding its network of collaborations.

David is married to Stav and is the proud father of Jonathan, Amit and Noam. In his free time he loves exploring new parks and lakes with family and friends.

Guy Baruch

Guy Baruch is Co-Founder and COO of EcoFrame, leading the company’s operations and execution. He oversees factory activity, contractor coordination, project schedules, logistics and quality — connecting every stage from production to completed construction.

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across engineering, operations and complex procurement, Guy has managed multidisciplinary teams of over 60 professionals, annual programs exceeding $500 million, and initiatives that generated more than $250 million in savings.

An engineer with an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Guy combines operational discipline with a builder’s mindset. He is also the inventor of the LB Spinner, reflecting his ability to identify practical problems and turn them into simple, effective and profitable solutions.

Guy is married to Tal and is the proud father of three boys. In his free time, he enjoys smoking meat and exploring the outdoors with his family.
